About Me
I'm a fourteen
year-old Christian in his senior year of high-school.
Currently, I live in North Saanich, a small district outside Victoria, British
Columbia. I live on a small "hobby farm" that is a little more than four acres
in size.
Other than diving, some of my interests
include web development, building computers, mountain biking.
Dive Experience
I started diving on
in November of 2007, and was trained by Timothy Dekle in Maui, Hawaii. I was
trained in the DIR style, but certified through the International Association of
Nitrox and Technical Divers. Currently, I hold both my Open Water and Nitrox
certifications, and hope to move on to more advanced certifications soon.
Dive Equipment
I use an Agir Brokk
Blackbird 36 lb. wing, with a 6 lb. stainless steel backplate. I chose Scubapro
regulators, because of their exceptional warranty, and the general availability
of dealers. I use the Scubapro MK17 first stage regulator, and two G250V second
stage regulators. The wetsuit, boots, and gloves all come from Bare, and many of
my other gear has been bought from Scubatoys.com.
As
I dive in the DIR style, I have a 7 ft primary regulator hose, and a 24 in.
backup regulaor hose, with the backup bungied around my neck.
